How to order
• After you order I can send you a multi sizer to check your ring size
• I'll contact you for your image of the handwriting together with any instructions regarding your piece. Please leave your email so I can do so.
• I can work with an image of anything you have. Quality is important as my lasers do pick up very fine detail. Sharpie on paper works well if your writing something from scratch.
• These take 2-4 few weeks to make with back and forth with you, keeping you informed along the way.

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Custom and personalised items cant be returned so please make sure of your ring size, or purchase a plain band from us and use our addon service.
If you need to return an item, simply contact us via email and we'll send you detail how to. We'll process your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. For full details see our refund page. link in the footer

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
I try to post items asap. This means if its in stock ill post within a couple of days. Custom orders please expect 2-4 week delivery which includes the back and forth needed to get your item correct. Please check individual items for expected dispatch times as some may say more detail.
Delivery to the UK is first class - approx time 1-3 days. International orders are tracked and signed - approx time 5-14 days
